I started selling at 12 - and never stopped learning

My first classroom wasn’t a school. It was the market. Talking to people. Understanding what they wanted. Learning what makes someone say yes.

At 19 I opened my first business - a kids’ clothing shop. It taught me real lessons about customers, margins, and responsibility.

Later I moved into real estate in Istanbul where I became one of the top agents, closing £30 million in property sales in just three months.

Along the way I studied Survey Engineering and completed an MBA, but most of what I know about business came from real life - working with people, solving problems, and understanding how businesses actually grow.
